We act for land owners wishing to increase the value of their land by obtaining outline planning permission for either houses, flats or commercial premises at the lower price rather than going for full planning meaning our clients outlay is less, this then means they can sell the land for a better price. KPD work with many small developers to find the best land for their money and go through overall project costings to ensure their numbers match up in the end meaning all importantly the profit is right. We have many capable builders that we obtain quotes from and then conduct the building work for. KPD project manages the builds to ensure everything is completed on time and to the correct standard.
