Barn Conversion

A totally disused barn only good for storage gave us a challenge of creating something out of a rather smaller than usual foot print. We repositioned the stairs to the far corner enabling the ground floor to be totally open plan so what space we had could be used well. Velux windows upstairs aloud a flood of light into the bedroom which makes its way down the stairs and onto the ground floor. We incorporated a sizeable ensuite into the bedroom space and specified a high finish of windows and doors to make the most of the property.

Two Storey Rear Extension

This project was for a full renovation of an outdated 2 bedroom property. We removed a disused conservatory to create a 3 metre open plan kitchen dinner extension. We extended the same amount upstairs to create an extra bedroom and a larger bathroom turning the property into a 3 bed. The extension dramatically increased the value of the property and the introduction of new internal doors, carpets and grey window finishes leaves an overall clean design for the property.
