Our client needed an extra room in their property and the loft was a totally unused space in their life. We added a hip roof to the side of the loft to give enogh head hight so that the room was usable and this also enabled us to included an en suite as well. The stairs had to flow evenly from the existing landing and we crated a good amount of space so that the loft was easy to access and didn’t disrupt the existing first floor. With the addition of velux windows and high ceilings it creates a very roomy space.
