KPD designed the new layout for a B&B from a Bungalow so that as many rooms as possible could be fitted but not compromising on space. To do this we worked with the layout we had and created 4 rooms from the existing house while also converting the garage to add communal space such as kitchen and dining. We used existing stone chimney as a feature divider in one room and kept the main hallway running through to be in line with the regulations. We abided by the parking regulations and ensured there was an adequate layout and turning circle.
